2020 Retailer Preference Index
The dunnhumby Retailer Preference Index is their most important and successful annual release. My responsibility was to elevate the design, appropriate to market recipients, and within brand.
This redesign tripled previous download records in its first month and was used as a template for all future RPI releases.

Record breaking downloads.
In previous years RPI releases dunnhumby has always been happy to hit the triple digits in downloads.
In 2019 the RPI was downloaded 650 times over the course of the year.
This release was downloaded 911 times in 20 days.
The right recipients.
The 2020 RPI was not only downloaded more quickly than any previous year, but had amassed the attention of nearly every grocery chain mentioned in the materials. This attention was responsible for countless leads and is partially responsible for the biggest contract dunnhumby has ever signed.
